Dispatch Time
At Shiny Quest Card, we aim to dispatch all in-stock items on the next working day when orders are received before 9 PM (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 9 PM will be shipped the following working day. During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified, and it will be sent once available using an upgraded service at no extra charge. Discontinued items will be refunded promptly.
While we take every precaution to ensure a fast and reliable service, Shiny Quest Card is not liable for any additional costs incurred due to postal delays, damage, or loss during transit.
Domestic Services and Costs
We offer the following delivery options across the UK. Prices are calculated based on order size, weight, and chosen service at checkout.

Single Cards Shipping
Single cards are securely shipped in a penny sleeve and top loader for protection. The following dedicated rates apply:

Free Delivery
We offer Free UK Delivery on orders of £65 and above. This applies automatically at checkout.
Europe & Rest of the World
We ship internationally for orders under 1kg using Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on total order weight.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Europe: 3–5 working days
- Rest of the World: 5–7 working days
Customs and Import Duties
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs or an incorrect address, associated costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Additional Notes
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional postage fees will apply to resend your order. Postage costs are non-refundable in such cases.
