Dispatch Time
At Shiny Quest Card, we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. We endeavour to dispatch in-stock items using Economy, Standard, and Special Delivery services the next working day if the order is received before 9 PM (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 9 PM will be dispatched the second working day that follows. Please note this is subject to change during busy periods. In some cases, we may upgrade your delivery depending on the order.
If a product is out of stock, you will be informed and the item will be sent once it is back in stock using a faster shipping option at no charge to you. If the product is discontinued, you will be notified and issued a refund promptly.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, Shiny Quest Card does not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost, or misrouted orders.

We offer a range of standard, economy, and expedited options within the UK. Delivery costs are calculated based on size, weight, and the chosen shipping method at checkout. The following is a breakdown of the services we offer:

Free Shipping
We offer free Tracked 48 Shipping on orders over £75 within the UK.
Europe & Rest of the World
We ship internationally for orders under 1kg. The price for these items will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order. We use Royal Mail International Tracked Service. If your order exceeds this weight, please contact us at support@shinyquestcard.com to arrange alternative shipping options.
Expected Delivery Times:
- Europe: 3-5 working days.
- Rest of the World: 5-7 working days.
Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable upon receipt of the package. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to pay customs fees, any charges incurred by Shiny Quest Card in shipping/recovering the package may be deducted from any refund issued for the order.
Additional Notes
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to receive it, additional postage costs will apply to re-dispatch the item. Postage costs are non-refundable in this case.
