Purchase & Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Overview
This policy explains how order cancellations and pre-order requests are handled by Shiny Quest Card Ltd. It applies to all purchases made through our website, including trading cards, collectibles, accessories, and related products.
1. Standard Orders
Customers may request to cancel or amend an order before it has been dispatched. To do so, please contact us immediately at support@shinyquestcard.com.
If the order has already been shipped, you may still return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please note:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original postage charges are non-refundable.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming or limited-release products before they are officially launched. Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of purchase to secure allocation.
Estimated release dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice. We are not responsible for manufacturer or distributor delays but will always keep customers informed of any changes.
Pre-Order Cancellations
- You may cancel a pre-order any time before dispatch for a full refund.
- If a pre-order has already been dispatched, it falls under our standard return procedure.
- If a product release is delayed for more than 30 days, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
- Pre-orders containing multiple items may be shipped together once all products are in stock unless otherwise arranged.
Refunds for Pre-Orders
Refunds for cancelled pre-orders will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
For orders paid via instalment or buy-now-pay-later services (e.g. Klarna, PayPal Pay in 3), please allow additional time as processing times vary by provider.
3. Product Availability & Allocation
All pre-orders are subject to allocation and distributor availability. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order due to supplier shortages or cancellations, you will receive a full refund or equivalent store credit, depending on your preference.
4. Changes & Amendments
Requests to modify an existing order (e.g. address updates or item swaps) can only be accepted before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, changes cannot be made.
Please double-check your address and order details before confirming checkout. Incorrect address submissions that cause failed delivery may incur additional re-shipping fees.
5. Refund Timeframes
Approved cancellations and refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days of confirmation. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Products returned in used, opened, or non-resellable condition.
- Digital or download-based products (where applicable).
- Custom or special-order items specifically ordered for you.
7. Communication of Delays or Cancellations
In the event of manufacturer delays, allocation changes, or unexpected cancellations, we will contact you via email using the details provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid missing important updates.
